Overage Charges
Customers exceeding the maximum monthly volume of their contracted tier will be charged a rate of $10 per 10,000 additional emails per month. A minimum $10 charge will apply. Customers wishing to upgrade to a higher-volume tier should contact their Account Manager.
Dedicated IP - $228 per year
High-volume senders, or those with stricter domain reputation requirements, can secure their own dedicated IP for sending email for $228 per year.
Billing
Tulip customers signing up for email messaging will be billed in arrears based on their chosen tier. Overage charges will be assessed on a monthly basis, and invoiced according to the customer’s current Tulip billing plan. For example, if the customer is on a quarterly billing plan, we will invoice for one quarter in arrears based on tier plus any overages from the previous quarter.
