Tulip Roots
Tulip was founded in 2013 by Ali Asaria and a team of mobile commerce experts who sought to reinvent retail and shape the future of the in-store shopping experience. They saw an opportunity to help sales associates offer better customer service that would be intimately personal, in a way that could scale easily to hundreds and thousands of their peers.
Everything we do centers on people: the customer, the sales associate, the store manager. For years, they’ve been adapting themselves to the available technology, when it should be the other way around. We spent countless hours getting to know individuals at every level of the organization, focused on building an ecosystem around the way modern retailers want to work, and how their customers want to be served.
Fast forward to today, and leading retailers like Mulberry, Saks Fifth Avenue, Jimmy Choo, Kate Spade, COACH, and Michael Kors are using Tulip to deliver true omnichannel shopping experiences, increase sales, and improve customer service.
