Mulberry selects Tulip to fully mobilize in-store shopping experience

British Luxury Brand to Implement Tulip Assisted Selling, Single-Swipe Mobile Check-out, Clienteling, and Runner to Create a Seamless & Personalized In-Store Shopping Experience

NEW YORK, August 2, 2018 – Tulip, a mobile application provider focused on empowering workers in retail stores, today announced British luxury brand Mulberry has selected the Tulip platform to further enhance the in-store customer experience.  Tulip will provide Mulberry’s sales associates access to the complete extended digital product catalogue with a single view of stock across the business, support for advanced customer engagement and clienteling, and the latest in mobile, iPad-powered point of sale.

Mulberry will implement several Tulip applications for their store associates, including:

  • Tulip Assisted Selling to provide access to the catalog when servicing customers shoulder-to shoulder in the store
  • Tulip Checkout to provide access to product inventory in the store and online, a truly endless aisle, and empower associates to checkout customers anywhere in the store
  • Tulip Clienteling to enable associates to access customer profiles and send personalized messages to their key customers delivering a one-to-one experience
  • Tulip Runner to connect store associates with backroom employees or other associates to retrieve products without leaving the customer’s side
