Tulip engages and authorized the entity below for one or more of the following activities that may involve the processing of customer personal data:
- Providing service support and IT-facility management (monitoring and supporting data centers and maintaining equipment);
- Providing software engineering, software maintenance, systems maintenance, including managing the availability, latency, scalability and efficiency of Tulip services; and
- Providing customer outreach and support.
