Tips for the best in-store experience

Experience is in the “eye of the shopper.” For some the experience they are looking for is quick and convenient, for others it is immersive and thoughtful. The important thing for retailers to know, is that customers will use your stores to suit the journey they are on; your job is to accommodate them.
